/My first week on the Course
Having been out of employment for sometime, i felt somewhat groggy when the B2Work course began. The course was being taught at a moderate pace and I have experience within the call centre enviroment, but I could feel within myself a lack of confidence and urgency about asking and completing the work. I never find the task that we were given daunting but as I said I was struggling to find a gear to work. After completing the assesment for the teleperformance role which came sooner then I would have liked, I thought "that was shame I have liked to have gotten the rolI". To my surprise I got the job offer and I felt better within myself since. I very much look forward to starting work. The course in itself as I've said it's nothing I haven't seen before.. The only difference being maybe the person who was marking the work Jacki, who wasn't taking any half cooked answers.
